A shared living home for young adults building life skills, confidence, and independence while continuing treatment, school, or work.
Get in TouchBuilt Around Three Simple Things
A comfortable, well-kept house with shared spaces made for everyday life, from morning coffee on the deck to evenings with housemates.
Daily routines and clear expectations that make independence feel manageable instead of overwhelming.
Space to keep up with treatment, school, or work while building the habits and confidence that carry forward.
We provide a structured, supportive environment designed to help residents grow with greater confidence, stability, and autonomy.
Residents begin the day practicing routines that support independence, including time management, personal hygiene, room care, chores, meal preparation, and morning check-ins with staff and peers.
Residents participate in PHP, IOP, school, work, or vocational goals while building stability, structure, and greater independence. Life at Oak Street is designed to balance structure, responsibility, and independence. Each resident maintains an individualized schedule based on their treatment, work, or educational commitments, while also participating in the shared rhythm of community living.
Community life includes shared meals, household responsibilities, recreation, exercise, outdoor activities, creative projects, and learning to navigate unstructured time in healthy ways.
Evenings focus on community meals, healthy routines, connection, reflection, and preparing for the next day.
